Effective date: March 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Codefold, LLC ("Codefold," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of TechTrauma and related websites, applications, and services available at https://techtrauma.com/ (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

The Service provides software tools, workflows, and AI-assisted functionality described on the Service website. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Service at any time.

Job-search assistance. TechTrauma is a drafting and optimization tool. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation outcomes, immigration results, or any employment outcome. You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of application materials you submit to employers.

3. Third-Party Sign-In, Integrations, and Providers

The Service may allow you to sign in with Google or GitHub or connect third-party services and integrations. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you connect a third-party account or integration, you authorize us to access and process the information made available through the permissions you approve.

Some Service functions rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, observability, transcription, AI-routing, model, or media-generation providers. We are not responsible for third-party services themselves.

4. Your Content

You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts, files, audio, text, images, configuration, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content").

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and otherwise process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed to submit User Content and to allow us and our service providers to process it in connection with the Service.

5. AI Features and Outputs

The Service may generate text, transcripts, summaries, rankings, recommendations, media, or other outputs using automated systems and third-party providers.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and evaluating outputs before relying on or publishing them.

You acknowledge that requests may be routed through intermediary AI providers and then to different downstream model providers or infrastructure hosts depending on availability, performance, cost, or configuration.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;

  • violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, employment, contractual, or other rights;

  • attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;

  • upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass security or usage limits;

  • use the Service to create, transmit, or facilitate spam, harassment, threats, or illegal content;

  • submit information that you do not have the right to submit for processing through the Service;

  • use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, workplace rules, exam rules, platform rules, professional duties, or binding contractual restrictions.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if we decide to change or discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the Service except for the limited right to use it under these Terms.

9. Beta Features, Availability, and Changes

Some features may be experimental, beta, preview, or subject to change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific functionality, or that any feature will remain available.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codefold and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent consumer-protection law or other non-waivable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Codefold consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms
